I thought that baring in mind what i happened yesterday it would be appropriate to talk about love....
All through life we're taught through films and tv programs and books, that our "one" is out there, somewhere in the big wide world, waiting to be found. But what they don't exactly show is that the only way you can get to them is if you open your heart and are prepared be honest about your feelings. I don't know about other people but i'm scared that i'll never find that....i'm scared that i'll never find that person who i want to spend the rest of my life with and whom i'll love forever and will feel the same about me. I believe that everything happens for a reason and that the people you meet in life help to shape who you are as a person, and your past experiences determine your personality and whether you are an openminded person or a scared person who chooses to run away from a good thing when it's staring them in the face. The constant idea of what if that person you love the most in the world, doesn't love you back? Often puts people off from living their life to the full!....When Kate Middleton and Prince William both applied to St Andrews University in 2001, St Andrews saw a huge increase in applicants and 9/10 applicants were woman. It's been reported that Kate used to have a picture of William on the back of her door, no doubt like a good percentage of all the other woman applicants of St Andrews that year, but unlike all those others William loved her back and decided that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her, what we didn't know then is in 10 years they would get married, for the whole world to watch on their tv's. And on the 29th April 2011, Prince William of Wales became Prince William, Duke of Cambridge but more importantly Catherine "Kate" Middleton became Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. It shows that a member of the Royal family can fall in love with a "commoner" and it doesn't matter who sees it, because it's true love, and surely that's all that matters?
What i'm trying to say is no matter who you are true love will always shine through, you just have to be ready to open your heart the day that it arrives and to not be afraid to be completely honest about who you are and how you feel, because if that person loves you then even your worst secrets won't be too much for them to overcome. Follow your heart, you'll have less regrets and it could lead you too your "one" true love....
